Bluegrass Land Title offers a top tier benefits package for employees.


Bluegrass Land Title maintains three separate medical insurance plan options for employees. Two are standard PPO/POS plans - and the third is a high deductible health plan that allows for HSA contributions.

Plans are currently offered through Humana.

Costs vary based on plan selected and the level of coverage needed (employee only to full family). We subsidize a portion of the cost.



We have one of the best dental plans available for our employees. Coverage is offered through Delta Dental.

We pick up the full cost for employee only coverage - and if you want to add additional family members, you pay the difference between the coverage selected and the cost for employee only coverage.


Like our dental coverage, vision care benefits are pretty much the best in class. They're offered through Delta Dental's "Delta Vision" program; however, benefits process through the VSP.

Also like our dental coverage, we pick up the full cost for employee only coverage and if you want to add on additional family members, you only have to pay the cost difference between the level of coverage selected and the employee only premium.



Hey. We all need time off to rest and recharge the batteries, right? Bluegrass Land Title offers paid time off to employees. PTO varies based on position held, tenure and previous experience - but can range anywhere from 13 days to 23 days per year.

We also provide eight paid company holidays as well as one "personal choice" floating holiday to use at your convenience!


Everyone needs to put aside money for their eventual retirement. Bluegrass Land Title makes that process easy. Employees can contribute on a pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) basis - or both. Our plan includes sixteen different investment options as well as Lincoln Financial's "Your Path" option designed to take the guess work out of investing.

And what's a good retirement plan without a great company match? We provide a dollar for dollar match on your first 3% of contributions - and a $0.50 on the dollar match for the next 2%!

In addition to the benefits above, we also have a company paid basic life and AD&D policy for all full time employees of $50k. You can select to augment that basic life insurance with additional voluntary life coverage offered through MetLife. Addition coverage can be elected for you, your spouse and any dependent children.

We also offer short and long term disability options with coverage provided through New York Life as well as medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts and a health savings account option for individuals who elect coverage under our eligible high deductible medical plan.
